Motherboard Help!

Hi guys! I need some help. I am wondering if I should keep my Asus P5N-E SLI board or buy a new one.

I will be purchasing some new RAM soon to help OCing, but I'm actually considering if this board will be able to OC properly at all, since I have read that people have had hits and misses with OCing on this thing.

P.S. The new board I will be buying will be the Asrock 4Core1333-FullHD. If you have any other recommendations on cheap, yet good OCing boards please inform me.
