HELP WITH COMPUTER

im not a computer wiz and would like some help. i am playing world in conflict and am at level 12 of the campaign. every time i get to a certain point, it stops working and crashes. anyn help as to how i may correct it? my graphics card is a little below requirements, but it has worked fine to here on very low graphic settings. could this have anything to do with it?
