PS2 --> Laptop Monitor

I need a way to play my PS2 on my laptop screen. I have a USB 2.0 TV Tuner box thing, it takes my PS2 output and sticks the data into a USB connector into my laptop.

Problem is that I have no software to convert the USB info into visible, playable pictures. What software would I need to do this? Thx in advance.
