QR codes

I have been thinking of printing out some QR codes to use in a metagame that I've been developing
What I would like is a link to a free QR code reader. however my current mobile hardware is limited to a Motorola V3 Razr and a HP Ipaq HX2190b.
If there is not a QR code reader available for the razr would I be able to bluetooth the picture of the code to the IPAQ and run the reader from that?
