Im really limited to about £720, on the intel side the website says i dont need a higher PSU but on the amd one it says i do, i know atm intel are doing better than amd and i dont need a intel quad as i cannot afford it, phenoms are cheap quads and i am used to amd.

I read that the e8600 outperforms the phenom on most things bar multimedia, im more for gaming anyway so im leaning to the intel, but for amd side i can add 4 gig more ram with the amd side and use server 2008.

Any ideas?
