Is this motherboard fucked?

Ok,my cousine gave me this motherboard(and processor,not sure on the specs),so I ordered 2 gigs of ram,a graphics card,and a nice case while salvaging my old HD and disk drive.I wait a week,go to his house on shipping day(because hes a lazy fuck),and he sets it all up.I bring my stuff home,and lo and behold,I cant get it to work.At first we thought it was the moniter,but we tested it with another computer and its fine.Next he tries pulling out the graphics card and plugging it back in.Still nothing.We unplug the mouse,nothing.Finaly,we unplug the keyboard and it loads up the bios.He decides to reset the motherboard.Then he realizes that he already had the motherboard set up for a usb keyboard.

So basicly,I cant set up usb controls without pressing f10(?) on a ps2 keyboard,but the port for that seems to be broken.

HOW 2 FIX???

serial keyboard off ebay?  it's worth a shot since no one wants them anymore

Yeah,I just said screw it and bought a new motherboard.The one he gave me was screwed up any way.

Borrow one from a friend or neighbor?
