Okay, so I have this shiny new video card for my shitbucket. I just have one problem.
The damn card won't boot into windows. Boots into safe mode just fine. I have a 400W power supply along with these specs:

Everything checks out on the checklist on the box, spare one thing which I'm unsure about: "Correct chipset drivers"
I downloaded the chipset drivers for my mobo, or at least what I could figure, and that didn't fix. But I didn't notice any change on dxdiag about it.
Any help would be appreciated.
