Vista drive low level format program

Dear /g/,
I'm ebaying a couple hard drives I have sitting in my computer right now.  For safety reasons (v&) I need to zero out the hard drives before selling them.

I don't need to back them up, and the drives aren't my system drive, so I can do it from inside windows (vista, sadly).

What app do I need?

DBAN. One pass is all you need unless you are an avid drinker of snake oil. Also, there is no such thing as low level formatting on harddrives made in the past 10 years.
