NIGGERS or something something

hey /prog/
i was thinking:
no matter how many times you repeat an event a person will always react to a situation in the exact same manner every time it happens, so long as each instance of the event has exactly the same variables as the repetition before it. In other words, if you put someone in a situation and observe how they react, then recreate that situation exactly, wiping clean all trace of it from the subject's mind, they will react in the exact same way.

in this way people are exactly like computer programs: you run the same function with the same arguments & you will get the same results every time.

∴ can we establish that people have no inherent free will, and just act according to their algorithm and stored variables?
or should i just lay off the psychotropics?
