I'm looking for a reasonably priced RFID tag reader/writer. I only want basic functions. I need it to hack MIFARE transport card. What should I get?

You should pay for your MIFARE cards like everyone else. I'd help you out if you were motivated by intellectual curiosity, but greed is a shit reason to do anything.
