So my retard brother managed to infect my computer with a trojan "Win32/Privacyremover.m64" it seems.
Every time I install something that claims it would kill it, the virus intervenes and claims the .exe is corrupt, etc when the same thing worked fine on another computer. It also redirects my searches for antispyware and the like on google. It also removed a few tabs on my Properties so I can't change my desktop image. It was changed to some stupid ad.

Also, I can't load some pages because the connection gets reset.

dban - wipe the disc and then re-install the OS.

download another of the same trojan.
then the two will fight each other to the death, and which ever remains will be weak enough for you to finish off quickly!
