You need a PS2 emulator. All the existing PS2 emulators are incomplete so not every game is going to work well if it works at all.

I should have worded that better.
I actually meant, since my computer comes with a TV Tuner, and the inputs, is there a way I could simply plug my PS2 into my computer, and use my monitor as a television?
Most of the guides akin to people directly hooking the console through their monitor, but I was wondering if I could run it though my computer.
Or am I talking out of my asshole?

You can do that, but you might not have the proper cables. Just plug the video into the tuner. If you're not using RF, then for the audio you might be out of luck. I dunno if TV tuners come with RCA jacks for audio input. You can get an RCA to 3.5mm or whatever converter to plug the audio into your sound card line in/mic or maybe to headphones or speakers directly.

Buy an LCD TV and also use it as your computer monitor, obviously you need a decent video card but it will likely allow you to have your currewnt monitor as a secondary so you can still use PS2 and computer without changing channels constantly

It'd be much, much cheaper to just buy a $10 VGA box.

Dude wants to play PS2 games on his computer monitor, which is exactly what a VGA box does. If he wanted to spend several hundred dollars on a new TV instead he probably would have mentioned it.

Yeah but with VGA he might as well use a normal tube TV as the signal ends up as VGA anyway
