Trace an IP

You guys probably get a lot of "I WANT TO BE TEH UBER HACXER", but I just want something that should be simple. I need a street address for this ip, but nothing out there wants to do it for me. Everything just gets me the main Verizon hub in VA. I dun't know what to do!

Their is a reason anti pirate companies need a court order to get you ISP to tell them who uses an IP. But the whole thing is stupid as most IPs are dynamic so if things take to long you will get the wrong person anyway.

It would be far better to just monitor an IPs traffic and then see what they are up to and slip something past the firewall. Once you get something onto someone's computer things get easy.
