Old school soundfont(s)

I've been looking for some soundfont to make the MIDI files from old DOS games to sound more like they used to, like SoundBlaster 16 and the likes but have had no luck. Can /tech/ provide?

What you want is a simple FM synthesizer. Try searching google if there are any programs that implement this in software. DOSBox does, so maybe you can also find a standalone program.
