slow comp

My comp is starting to run slow and I dont know what is wrong. I used to be able to box eq1 on my comp and have itunes running in the background now I cant even have anything running in the background when I play a game. Any1 know what could be the problem?? Or am I doomed to reformat?? Btw I have run ccleaner defraged it checked for viruses and spyware.

Reinstall Windows.

Yeah. It's a known fact that processors, memory, buses and hard drives get continually slower. If you wait a few more years, you'll have the equivalent of a 386. The only way to stall this process is to drink a cup of bleach daily.
