IIS on XP home

I cant get my hands on the 2 files needed to make this work
i need \I386\iis.dl_ and \I386\iis.in_ from a Windows 2000 server install cd
it is all i need
but i cant find a cd of it anywhere
if someone has the cd could they upload them somewhere

Buy Windows 2000 Server.
