Hotkeys won't work.

Due to my computer actting FUBAR, I performed a registry clean on it, and while it fixed the problem (I think), the only problem is that none of the hotkeys work. By hotkeys I mean the ones that controls volume, brings up My Computer, launches IE, etc. If anyone knows of a way to get them working again let me know. And by anyway I mean something other than "do a format and start over." I'm not quite that desperate just yet to get them working again.

That's the problem; I can't find the disc that came with it, and as for the manufacture's website, sorry, no dice.
