I'm considering getting the new 80 GB Zune. A lot of the reason I want one over my current player is the video support.

Most of the videos I have are not directly supported by the Zune - they usually need VLC or ffdshow to run on my PC. I tried adding an episode to my brother's Zune, and it wouldn't let me and didn't ask if I wanted to convert it.

Is there an easy way to convert video to a Zune supported codec?

I just converted to WMV using WinAVI. It would play in the Zune software, but when I tried to sync, the software told me that it could not find the file I had just added. I think it is lying and has a problem with the conversion.

i know the problem is fix'd already but, i used to use Winavi before and it gave alot of issues when syncing to zune, so I switched to Cucusoft, it has a feature just for the zune, plus its faster.
