Internet took a recent and severe plunge

Hay guise.  My internet recently dropped from a healthy 54mbps while wireless LAN'd, to a painful <1mbps even when hardlined into the LAN. Mine is the only computer on the network to have an issue, so it's not a problem with the LAN itself or the internet provider. I've already run the latest version of SpyBot: S&D with no results. I'm running XP with SP2.

What would anon suggest I do?

(inb4 an hero, sys32, alt+f4, etc)

Complain to your ISP.

Turn off all the other computers. Try downloading.

Reinstall Windows.
