WD Raptor

I'm really considering buying a WD Raptor.  Not the 150GB one with CARBON NANOTUBES, mind you, but the smaller 74 or 36 GB variaties, depending on what prices I can find.  The idea here is I want to put my OS on it to decrease my boot time, but I'm not even sure that's going to help.  Should this noticeably decrease the time it takes my computer to boot?
Also the best deal I can find on one of these is just less than 100 USD at newegg for the 36 GB one.  What other good websites besides Newegg and Zipzoomfly should I check, and are there any other good hard drives that are 10K RPM?

Basically >>3

However if you don't quite want to go that far, a RAID 0 array with two 7200 drives can work just as well or even better then a single 10K drive.
