I have a set up as follows: Isp cable modem -> ethernet router -> 3 separate computers. Recently I've had power outages, flickering on and off due to storms. Once was three successive on/off.
It seems now that my connection is moderately slower, could this have been caused by the outages, or is it something else? I've reset the router and modem, and it seemed to go faster but was still not the same speed as before. help?

You need to pick up the modem and drop it from about 3 feet in the air onto solid concrete 20 times and then beat it with a hammer. I do this all the time when my modem screws up. Honest.

Don't change these.
