ZEN Touch

My friend gave me his old Creative Zen Touch mp3 player cause my ipod kicked the bucket, but he said he didn't have a charger or a USB cord for it.

A friend of mine that has a similar mp3 player said I could hook it to my computer and it'll work that way, but when I tried that all that happened was the power button flashed.

I can't turn it on, all that happens when I try to is the power button flashes.

Any ideas I can do to make it work without having to go out and buy a new mp3 player/power cable?

Well, if you send it back to ZEN with the problem and date purchased and all of that other stuff, they'll probably be more than happy to help you. 

I sent them my Zen Neeon and they sent me back a Zen micro...which was better.

It was pretty epic.

I don't think I can do that, though. It's second hand from a buddy, I doubt he still has the receipt. The sticker with the serial number is still good, though. He had some band sticker over it and when I peeled it off the numbers were still perfect. Can I do anything with that?
