Vista USB drivers not working

I'm running Vista Home Premium on my laptop and my USB port drivers are failing to install. The Standard Universal/Enhanced PCI to USB host controller is missing.

All USB ports don't work, and device manager has yellow exclamation marks on the USBs.

Please help?

vista sucks go with Linux or win xp but Microsoft fucked up with vista nothing is compatible .
