Hey /tech/, I was wondering what programs should I use to burn shows into a CD that is playable via ps2/dvd player and the gist of how I can use it.

DVD player =/= VCD player. Buy a DVD burner and DVDs. It'll cost you like $40USD. Then pirate Nero, or get DVD Flick and a pirate of CloneDVD
