Explorer.exe

Ok I have a problem the Process explorer.exe closes when ever I log in and if i try to run the program again it just flashes then closes again. I don't even know how to get to control panel any Ideas?

Try d/ling this and burning to a bootable cd. It works much better than explorer.exe and does more.
