I just downloaded the anime Paprika and when i try to unzip it to my removable hard drive i get the message " There is not enough space on the disk. Write error: only NTFS file system supports files larger than 4 GB" Also when i open the file with vlc the anime has dvd menus well i cannot click on them. I am grateful for any and all help that i can get.

What OS are you on? You're most likely using the FAT32 or FAT16 filesystem which doesn't support files larger than 4 GB.

I don't think it's a matter of the OS, the OP mentions trying to unzip it to a removable drive. As far as I know, the majority of USB drives are FAT formatted, and thus as >>2 says, the filesystem of the drive isn't meant for crazy-large files.
THen in that case should i burn it do a dvd? and what would be the best software for me to use.Nero of is their something better. Alcohol? Thank you for your help so far.

Well if you're just meaning to store it somewhere putting it on a DVD should work. If you've already got Nero that should work fine.
If your intention is to access the DVD menus and such then I suggest watching it in a different media player.
if its just a removable harddrive i suggest u backup the data somewhere (dvds or local disk) and then reformat ur portable hdd
just plug it in, right click it in my computer, select format and then, most importantly, select NTFS from the list of available options... u can choose to do a quick format, but for anything less then 60-40 i d do a thorough one, and keep the cluster size auto, or whatever it was before.
like 2 and 3 say its the old filesystem that cant handle the files
