I have a pre-made HP computer. Refresh rate reduces to 32 and flickers like a motherfucker in Nox and a few other games. The imageboard was precisely no help because that's how imageboards roll. My only friend who knows anything the fuck about refresh rates is off watching E3 and not answering me on MSN or the phone, and I'm thinking about punching him in the face. Getting a less shitty computer is not an option as long as my funds are part of a stupid, dumbass budget system where nobody involved but me understands the concept of you get what you pay for, and I don't intend to abandon my family over a shitty computer. If this gets any more frustrating I might though. Does anybody know anything I can do to raise the refresh rate in a program? Google only yielded some crappy, 3Mb command line programs that I would never, ever trust.
