i had that on my laptop but never rly understood what that meant until today hmmm cool...
but i still havent found any of them on sale anywhere near where i live...
think it might be th betamax syndrome, which technically pwned VHS but failed at the market, sigh

DVD+whatever has better error correction and is a better featured standard. Theres a lot of other technical reasons why but I'd have to digg them uop.
