Need help with monitors...

I am trying to decide between a Dell 2707 WFP monitor (http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=222-7315) or a Westinghouse LVM-37W3 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16889234001). The Dell 27" seems like it would be a good monitor, but the Westy is cheaper than the dell and it is 37" and can be used as a Tv and Computer monitor. Would there be any downsides to getting the westy over the dell, or vice versa?

Most of the time when Dell makes a product, you can get mad warranties against a lot of stuff. But other than that, Dells usually blow. Go for the Westie in this case.
