hold scroll not working in firefox?

I started using firefox and i notice that when i push the wheel button down it wont do that hold scrolling this like in IE. Is there a way to get it working again?

I don't think you can "fix" this unless there is an option for it in firefox's 'about:' menus (there might also be an add-on or something).
Weird, I used to use it all the time, but i'd forgotten about that feature in it's entirety since I've been using firefox for so long now.

Advanced > 'General' Tab > Use autoscrolling [checked y/n]?
It's not that complicated. =P
