Sony's customer support is terrible. I bought an external CD burner from them. The Smart USB cable arrived damaged.
First they denied that was the problem. After monthe they send send it in and finally admitted the cablre was defective. Eventually they admitted most of the subcontractors cables were bad. They said sales prevented repair from having replacements in stock. I waited a year to get a new one.

when I bought my ps2 it scratched that demo disc what comes along console. after that it worked fine but it still sucks and I hate it.
