Can't log on

I can't log on to anything in either firefox or IE but I can log on to anything not through a browser just fine and everything that I was logged in to (in a browser), I got logged out of. I have tried all the computers in the house and none of them work.

I have cleared my cache and cookies and reset my IP address. This is the second time this has happened, the first time the problem resolved itself after about eight hours but that has not happened this time.

So any suggestions would be very welcome as to how to fix this and not have it happen again. Thank you.

They often firewall off your house before doing a kiddie porn investigation.  Have fun.
