SO i buy a new mobo and amd for my 2nd com cuz it got hit by lightning and now on startup i get BSOD and ideas mates

When you change mobos, you may not have the proper IDE drivers installed. I fix this on a regular basis using Bart's PE, a few reg files, and four sys files from the system32\drivers directory. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314082
