2.1 MP camera or low res digi camcorder?

My brother said I could have this digital camcorder that records 448 by 336 pixels at 30 frames per second. It holds a max of 30 minutes and is not expandable. OR I could get a 2.1 megapixel digital camera that will also come with an HP Photosmart printer. The camera is also expandable with a flash card. Which should I get?

Ok newegg's price went back up to $260, so I am going to buy it from palm.com for $300 and get a free keyboard.
