Verizon phones and data transfer.

How does one get pictures from a Verizon Motorola E815 to a computer and music from a computer to the E815 without paying them?  I seem to recall that Verizon locks their shit down tight.   Are there any apps that can hax the phone over a data cable?

I hate verizion, I commented on my phone being locked down and the guy said it was for the security of there customers, what a load of shit.
