Best ISP

I'm curious to see what the best ISP is in my fellow 4channers areas.  Here in Tucson, Arizona the best choice is Cox. 

Download speeds are pretty good but the upload is pretty shitty (7Mbps down, 512Kbps up)

Customer service is shit, but I've never had a need for it anyways. 

They offer free Usenet access, but cap the download speeds to 512kB/s. 

it depends on your usage. if ur a leech then any high speed services are good. for me, i don't participate in copyright infringement so 512k adsl assymetric is fine.
