help with video card

ok as a sugestion of a 4chan guru i changed my old geforce4
with a radeon x1300 sb edition 256mb pci, and now every time i play a game i dosent stretch ,and i dont know what to do or what options to move ,before that the hp monitor handle the stretch auto and now all my emus dont strech for example my fceultra plays in a small window in full mode and i havent move a thing there so any elp please!
