I have a cheap $80 RCA stereo system that randomly freezes. When this happens, the time display freezes, and none of the buttons on it work. The remote control will not work either. I then have to unplug the cord and plug it back in, but I have to set the time and the settings everytime, which is very annoying. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Forgot to mention another thing. This happens atleast once a week, although on rare occasions, sooner.

Go to their support site and complain. Maybe they'll give you a new one.
