Does anyone know if there is an inexpensive/easy way for me to rig up my comp so I can watch VHS movies on it?

Buy an old tv in/tuner card, and plug in your vcr.

Where might I get this, where and how might I plug in my VCR and computer, etc? Radioshack?

Sure, but their selection is primarily "web only".
Inexpensive = no-name brand PCI TV Tuner card, installation required, <$50USD
Easy = name-brand external device, likely USB2.0, ~$100USD and beyond

If quality is not an issue, settle for coaxial/composite connection inputs.
Opt for S-Video only if your VCR supports it.
Don't expect the sound to be all that great; esp. with the cheaper stuff.

VIVO is expensive, so cheap gfx cards are svid out, not in

So get an old ATI "All In Wonder" card.
