Adobe Photoshop Blue/Purple Issue

I've had photoshop forever now, but lately it's been acting up in the way that red is now orange, blue is purple, green is teal, etc.

I've got no idea why its doing this. ican take a screenshot of the blue bar at the top of different windows and bring it in, and it turns visibly purple. Anyone know why? How do I fix this?
