How to remove when U adeverts from E-donkey

E-donkey was working fine since last week when it start bitching about a security update and crashed at star, so i have to update the program and now i have a stupid add called WhenU pops up every damn minute and when i tried to uninstall it tellms me that i have to uninstall e-donkey, i already go to the page and its a valid popup from e-donkey
WTF can i do ;'(
