Dr. Watson's Postmordem Debugger

So, I try to play a song and it wouldn't let me.  It said that Dr. Watson's PostMordem Debugger had to close at the same time.  I googled it and turns out its a virus.  I have no idea how to fix it, but I tried one guys thing of making a new username on XP, moving all my shit over,then deleting the name, but it didnt work.

So, help?
