Objecive:
I want to be able to remotely use my PC at work, from home, through the web.
Problem:
I'm only able to connect to the server gateway through the web by using the Public IP.
Question:
How do I connect to the internal LAN using remote desktop?
Additional Info:
1) PC at work has the Remote Desktop addon installed.
2) PC at work connects through the server gateway (no router) -> 16 port hub -> DSL Modem.

I'm unsure if i explained the problem correctly, but i'll try to summarize (I'll be substituting ip numbers with letters ~ Both the server computer and my workstation computer have "IIS" and the "Remote Desktop Add-on" (/tsweb/) from Win XP installed) :
Server internet public IP is s.s.s.s and its giving my Workstation on the LAN the ip of w.w.w.w
When I type in s.s.s.s on the Remote Desktop program I AM able to access and control the server from home.
When I type in w.w.w.w on the Remote Desktop program I AM NOT able to access and control my workstation from home.
I need help trying to figure out how to connect to w.w.w.w

Simply forward the ports for remote desktop in your router to your LAN ip of w.w.w.w
Then, from work, connect to your public IP (s.s.s.s), and it will forward your connection to the desired subnet workstation.

There is no physical router involved, unless you mean the server pc administering the LAN.
You're saying to forward TCP port 64000 ("/tsweb/" RD port on w.w.w.w) from (w.w.w.w) on the server (s.s.s.s) so when someone requests s.s.s.s:64000 they will get w.w.w.w?

Oh, I may have misunderstood the problem; when you type w.w.w.w from the remote desktop... what does it give you? Access violation? Can you *locally* from the server access w.w.w.w?

I CAN locally access w.w.w.w from the server or any other workstation.
When i type in w.w.w.w from my home, it says the client could not connect to the remote computer. So it seems I do need to forward the internal IP and port of w.w.w.w somehow but i have no idea how to port forward on Win2kServer... yet.
Additional info: After playing around with the server just now i found that the server PC is acting like a router but it only has 1 NIC.

New Question: Is port forwarding unavailable without multiple NICs on a win2kserver machine?

How is your network PHYSICALLY laid out? Most routers have at least 2 NICs. Then again, most ISPs only want to serve one address, if you have multiple machines, you usually need a router. I bet you have one somewhere. You trollin'?
