spyware type problem...

ok... I've got spydoctor and winantivirus 2006 pro on my computer (updated), but I'm pretty sure I've got a somethin as even when i'm not surving IE keeps popping up.  anyway... on task manager I have the following admin things running... i'm pretty sure most of them are bad but neither program finds it

any ideas? do i need a better spyware type thing detector?

Id definitly get rid of "regsvr32.exe" as soon as possible!

spyware doctor,detects and delete alot fo shit that spybotsearch and destroy and adware only detects but dont do shit about it, i have the same problem a window keep poping up and only spyware doctor was ablle to do something about it.
1.-run it
2.-delete
3.-????
4.-profit

1.) Adaware
2.) Spybot Search & Destroy

Simple. If this doesn't solve it, back up your data and reinstall Windows. Except do regular spyware/adware scans this time...

Erm. Let me take this.

WinAntiVirus Pro 2006 is spyware, and advertised through spyware. Kill it with fire. It's actually part of the trojan Vundo most of the time.

That should work, but there are other Vundo fixes out there. Google them.

After that, get AVG Free as an antivirus and AdAware as an anti-ware.

Formatting would work, of course, but it's bothersome.

Ah, one more thing. To get rid of the other problematic files you have, get HijackThis and then go to www.hijackthis.de and paste the output file there. It'll tell you what to delete.
