noise-cancelling in-ear earphones

hay, i'm looking for earbuds with a noise reduction of about 90% available on the continent for not more than a hundred euros.
please help me!

I think it would probably be easier to just use normal noise-cancelling headphones. It would be easier to find, and much more comfortable in use...
