converting videos to view in cellphones

If I were to convert an .avi file to .3gp to play on a cellphone (say, Nokia 6600), what are the settings I should use for best quality, both visually and audio?

I'm currently using Mpegable X4 to convert the files into .3gp using their default nokia settings, and the end result looked shitty and has static noise all over the video clip

I don't use any of those fancy blowjob video phones. I just need a fucking cellphone for others to contact me on the go.

I need to know how to convert videos to become watchable in phones, because there are loads of people over my college that uses those video blowjob phones, and don't mind spending bazillion raep monies on silly cellphone games, videos and songs via text message suscriptions over magazine ads and whatnot. So I wanted to know how to, in order to make extra monies off those rich, dumb bastards.
