It's about time for an wireless network upgrade, and I'm looking to spend some money.
My ISP recommended Linksys, so I looked up their products. I have a Netgear router (WGT624) on a metal desk, on the 2nd floor, in the one corner of the building. I have a machine with a 54g adapter (WG311) that I'm having connection problems with. Internet is okay, but when it comes to running slightly more intenstive applications, such as Mabinogi or uTorrent, It kicks up lots of lag and fail. I have allotted some money for an upgrade, and I'm interested in this Wireless N crap. (WRT300N)
Considering routers: WRT300N and WRT54GX4
Considering adapter: WMP54GX
Newegg's reviews differ and conflict too greatly, so I can't trust them.
