DV tapes to DVD

Hi, ok I have a problem,I know a guy that has about 2 dozen mini DV tapes that he wants put onto DVDs. I know that the cam can dump to a computer in realtime via firewire.

Other than that I know nothing.
What is the best/fastest way to go about this?
Please help me!

You need some sort of DVD authoring software to convert the files to DVD. There should've been something that came with your camera, but that's just a guess.
