TV Tuner 1 second delay! D:

I have an ATI TV Wonder Pro, that im having trouble.  When I hook my Xbox or PS2 into it, and I use the ATI TV software that came with it, theres a 1-2 second delay due to the recording features.  Now, theres a shockwave chat I go to that will let me transmit my TV tuner data as a webcam, and through that theres zero delay, I play in real time.

Is there a way to disable the PVR functionality momentarily so I can play with no delay?
