Firefox Bookmarks switched with Explorers.

Hey gais.

Some days ago I got up a window that asked me to choose between Firefox Users. I could choose between "Default"(which I couldn't select cause it was already in use.) and "default". I chose the later option and when I looked at my bookmarks in Firefox it had been switched with the Internet Explorer bookmarks. Please help me get my bookmarks back.

I may be a noob at computers but I do contribute to the boards I view.
